返品・交換ポリシー (Return & Exchange Policy)

  3. 交換時の送料

    商品の品質上の欠陥による交換を除き、交換にかかる往復送料はお客様のご負担となります。

  4. 不良品・破損品について

    万が一、届いた商品に破損や品質上の問題がございましたら、商品到着後24時間以内に明確な写真を添付の上、カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。速やかに対応させていただきます。

  5. 最終決定権

    当政策に関する最終的な解釈および決定権は当店内規に留保されます。
